You’ve made your decision… you’ve signed the contract,… What happens next? Your new pool begins with our drafting staff, who prepares a set of construction drawings for your pool. At the same time, we will complete the various construction permit applications required for the job. This process typically takes one to two weeks. After the completed plans and permit applications are submitted to your local building department, it generally takes from two to six weeks to receive an approved permit. Once we've received the approved permits, construction of your new pool can begin. In most cases, building a standard in-ground pool takes six to eight weeks.
